  2. How do I access a live show with my TheBlaze TV plus subscription?

    The schedule of each day's live shows is accessible from most pages on TheBlaze TV. To access it, just click the link that reads "SCHEDULE" in the horizontal menu on top of the page.

    Once a show broadcast is live, there will be a "Watch Now" graphic in the upper-right corner of the link in the Schedule page. The live show will also be featured in the schedule with a "Watch Now" link.

    Clicking on the link for the show will open a separate window with the media player. If you are not already logged in, you will be asked to log in to your TheBlaze TV account. Once you have logged in the show will begin to play.

  3. How do I access an archived show with my TheBlaze TV plus subscription?

    First, the schedule of each day's live shows is accessible from most pages on TheBlaze TV. To access it, just click the link that reads "SCHEDULE" in the horizontal menu on top of the page.

    Approximately 30 minutes after a show is completed it will be archived and available for on demand viewing. This will be indicated by the "Watch Archive" text link below the show title and description. You can find these archived shows in the same location as the live shows in the Schedule page.

    You can also navigate to archived shows from the past 30 days by clicking on the "Open Calendar" link above the schedule and selecting the date of the show that you would like to watch.

  4. How can I install Adobe Flash Player?

    You can install Adobe Flash Player here.

    Windows users, keep in mind that Internet Explorer requires an installation separate from the installation using Firefox, Chrome or other browsers. If you use multiple Internet browsers you will need to install Adobe Flash Player separately, one time for Internet Explorer and one time all other Internet browsers.

    For an optimal viewing experience, we recommend that you install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

  5. Can I access my subscription from any computer, anywhere, at anytime?

    Yes. As long as the computer meets the system requirements then you can log in with your registered email address and password to access your subscription from anywhere at anytime.

    No. Sharing of your username and password is strictly prohibited.

  7. I am trying to access a show and I am getting an error message that I am already logged in on another computer, what should I do?

    In rare cases, customers have forgotten to log out of their account on one computer and have tried to log in again on a separate computer. Since sharing of a single username and password is strictly prohibited, you will get an error message. If you receive such an error message, please contact Customer Service Department. for further assistance.

  8. I tried to log in to view a show and received a message telling me that I have logged in too many times, or am logged in on multiple computers. What should I do?

    Please confirm that other people are not using your account. If you have shared your account information with other people, then you may be prevented from logging in to your account. If you are worried that others are accessing your account, you should change your password under your account profile.

    The best way to prevent this error is to log out of TheBlaze TV every time you are finished watching video by clicking the Logout button on the top right of any TheBlaze TV page. The next time that you would like to watch video, you will be prompted to login before the video launches.

    If you have already seen this error message and you are sure that no one else is using your account, log out of TheBlaze TV, close all of your open browser windows and exit your browser. Next, re-launch your browser and click on the show that you would like to watch either on the schedule or on the show page. You will be prompted to log in again.

  9. The show has started, but the link to view the show live is not available, what do I do?

    You may need to reload the page where you are waiting for the link to go live. Click the Refresh button in your Internet browser.

  10. Should I log in first or can I go straight to the show?

    You must be logged in to begin viewing or listening to a show. If you click to view or listen to a show before logging in to TheBlaze TV, the window that opens with the media player will prompt you to log in.

  11. How can I view an TheBlaze TV show on a Roku Player?

    To view TheBlaze TV shows on Roku, you must first have a Roku Player and be an TheBlaze TV or TheBlaze TV plus subscriber. To purchase a subscription to TheBlaze TV or TheBlaze TV plus, please click here.

    To register your Roku Player for use with your TheBlaze TV subscription, go to your Roku Player's Home Screen and navigate to the Log In menu item. Then, enter your username/email address and password that is associated with your TheBlaze TV subscription. If you do not have an TheBlaze TV account, select to Buy and Activate TheBlaze TV. If you do not see the TheBlaze TV Channel listed, you can download it by going to the Channel Store on your Roku Player. In the store select TheBlaze TV, and then click to "Add Channel". Select "Yes" to confirm that you would like to install the channel, then, once it has been added click "Go to Channel" or select the TheBlaze TV Channel from your list of channels on the home screen of your Roku Player to launch the TheBlaze TV Channel.

    If you do not have an TheBlaze TV account, Buy and Activate TheBlaze TV.

    To view a show, after launching the TheBlaze TV Channel you can select the date of the show that you would like to watch from the top header bar. Next, press "Select" on your Roku remote control. The schedule of all shows for that day will appear and, after a show is selected, you will see a show screen.

    If you select a show that has not yet begun, you will see a message prompting you to come back when the show is live.

    If you are unable to view a show and see a message stating that you need to update your account information, go to the Payment Profile section of your account settings on TheBlaze TV and enter the most current information.

  12. How can I log in to my TheBlaze TV account and watch a show?

    You can log into your TheBlaze TV account by clicking on "Login" on the top right of all TheBlaze TV pages. On the subsequent page enter the email address and password that you used to register your TheBlaze TV account. Once you are logged in to your account, during a live show, you can click on the 'LIVE NOW' graphic on the right side of the TheBlaze TV homepage to watch a show in progress.

    You can also launch a live or archived show from the TheBlaze TV Schedule. To access the Schedule, put your mouse over where it says "GBTV" in the horizontal menu bar on the top of most TheBlaze TV pages. In the drop down menu that follows, click on "Watch/Listen". This will take you to the Schedule.

    On the Schedule page, click the item that reads "LIVE NOW" listed at the top of the page.

    If you are not already logged in to TheBlaze TV when you launch a show, the media player will prompt you to log in, once it has opened. In the login prompt, enter the email address and password that you have registered your TheBlaze TV account with. Once you are logged in, the show will begin playing. From the Schedule page, you can also select an older archived show (up to 30 days) with the "Open Calendar" and Previous or Next Day options. If you click "Open Calendar", you can select the date of the game that you would like to watch. Launch the archive by clicking on the desired broadcast.

  13. How can I watch video in Full Screen mode in the TheBlaze TV Media Player?

    To watch video in Full Screen mode, click on the Full Screen icon in the bottom right corner of the Media Player. Once in Full Screen, to go back to the default player size press the ESC key on your keyboard.

  14. How can I watch TheBlaze TV subscription video on my mobile device?

    TheBlaze is available for iOS and Android users.

    iOS users can download the app directly by clicking here.

    After successfully downloading the TheBlaze app to your iOS device, simply launch the application and then tap TheBlaze logo in the upper-left corner of the screen to expose the menu. Unsubscribers should then click 'Buy TheBlaze TV Plus' and complete the iTunes purchase. Current subscribers should simply login by accessing the 'My Account' menu option and logging in with the username and password.

    Android users can download the app by clicking here.

    After successfully downloading the TheBlaze app to your Android, simply launch the application and then tap TheBlaze logo in the upper-left corner of the screen to expose the menu. Then click 'Buy TheBlaze TV Plus'. On the subsequent screen select monthly or annual subscription options and complete the order process. After completion, return to the app and login by tapping the Action Overflow icon in the upper-right corner of the app action bar. Then select 'My Account' and login with the username and password used during the order purchase.
