  2. Will changing my email address for my TV subscription also change my email address for other newsletters I'm subscribed to with TheBlaze or GlennBeck.com?

    Yes, TheBlaze TV, TheBlaze.com, and GlennBeck.com are all part of the TheBlaze family. We're keeping your email settings consistent across all subscriptions and newsletters (TheBlaze TV, FireWire, GlennBeck.com daily newsletter) for an easier account maintenance experience.

  4. I was a TheBlaze TV Basic subscriber ($4.99 per month / $49.95 per year) subscriber in good standing. Do I have to purchase TheBlaze TV Plus?

    No, there is nothing you need to do. Beginning March 1, 2013, monthly and annual memberships will be automatically be changed to The BlazeTV Plus at your next renewal date. You will also receive a notice a few days before it is time to renew at the new rate if you wish to cancel. If you wish to cancel your account now please click here.

  5. Why did you discontinue TheBlaze TV Basic subscription option?

    Since first launching TheBlaze TV, we have been growing rapidly. We have added new shows including Wilkow! Real News, The B.S. of A., Pat and Stu, and Independence USA, none of which were available to Basic subscribers. We recently made the decision to retire the Basic subscription so all subscribers have access to the same great programming.

    Because we understand that a change such as this is not trivial, we’ve granted all Basic subscribers immediate access to Plus content so you can begin to experience all that TheBlaze TV has to offer.

    We hope you enjoy the expanded access and continue your subscription. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to contact TheBlaze Customer Service.

  6. I am The BlazeTV ($4.99 per month / $49.95 per year) subscriber, can I continue at the current rate until the end of my subscription billing period?

    As an annual subscriber, you will not be billed again until the end of your current billing cycle. The only immediate change to your subscription – and we think you’ll like this one – we're granting you access to Plus content. So we encourage you to check out shows including Wilkow! Real News, The B.S. of A., Pat and Stu, and Independence USA.

    Beginning March 1, 2013, annual subscribers will be charged $99.95 for Plus access. If you're not sure about the date that your current billing cycle ends, please visit the Subscription Management section.

  7. How do I change the e-mail address and/or password associated with my TheBlaze TV account?

    If you would like to change the email address associated with your TheBlaze TV account, click on "Manage Your Account" at the bottom of most pages on TheBlaze TV. After logging in will be taken to the Update Email page where you can enter a new email address and password.

  8. What should I do if I forget my TheBlaze TV account password?

    If you forgot your TheBlaze TV account password, click on the "Manage Your Account" link at the bottom of most TheBlaze TV pages. Then click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link in the drop down menu.

    On the following page, enter the email address associated with your TheBlaze TV account for us to send you a new password. Check your email for the password that we have sent you. Use this new password to log in to TheBlaze TV. After logging in, we recommend changing the password to one that you would prefer.

  9. I clicked "Forgot Your Password" and did not receive a new password e-mail.

    If you have a spam filter enabled on your e-mail account, then the e-mail with your new password may have been marked as spam. Check your spam folder for the email. If there was a typo in your e-mail address when you signed up or you no longer have access to the e-mail address associated with your TheBlaze TV account, than you should send an e-mail to TheBlaze TV Customer Support.

  10. How can I update or change my billing information?

    In your TheBlaze TV Profile, you can save, change and update your Billing Information. To access your Billing Information, click on "Manage Your Account" at the bottom of most TheBlaze TV pages. After logging in, click the link below the Billing Information header on the TheBlaze TV Subscription page.

    This will bring you to the "Credit Card Update" section of your account profile. Enter your billing information and then click the "Update" button.

    If you are an active TheBlaze TV monthly subscriber, and would like a different credit card to be charged on your next billing period, please update your primary card information on the Credit Card Update page.
